Not helpful nor friendly at front desk. I had booked a room via Expedia and showed up to check in this past Saturday. The clerk could not find my reservation and come to find out it was booked in error for the Tuesday prior. They wanted much more than I paid and didn’t offer a credit for another night. The clerk was very dismissive and acted put-off. Now I’m out a decent amount of money. I’m pretty unhappy regarding the lack of customer service and willingness to work with me. Place is run-down and not worth the price! I still hope they make it right by offfering me a credit. If not, I’ll never consider them and will inform others.

The worker in the lobby was extremely rude over the phone as we called for help finding the hotel, once we got to the hotel at 4:34 pm, he said the room was not ready yet, we had a wedding to attend at 5! Later that night he was still rude to my father who was simply just asking for some help, I will never stay here again!

Price was good room was terrible. Dirty, bathroom light did not work, closet floor was wet I think from leaky shower. Mold in closet. No accesible plug in's, no plug in for coffeee maker. Left early.

This is an older hotel that needs some TLC. Improvements are being made such as painting and replacing carpet with hard wood flooring. Very convenient for walking to dinner and the beach. I had plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good. Check in time isnt until 4pm but the hotel rep was there quickly (you have to ring a door or call to get someone). Mini fridge and microwave in room. Was very quiet after 8pm. AC was good with no noise. For the price, its a great option.
