"This is the best hotel in Ft Myers for the money. It’s the only place where the beds are just like home. I always get a great nights rest here. Tons of restaurants nearby and a Dunbar in the lobby. Everything is always clean and the staff are super friendly. "

"The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the heat worked well. We would recommend vacuuming the pool floor due to sand and debris…maybe the filter wasn’t working?? The house smelled very clean when we got there and the main surfaces were clean, but we noticed many areas needed deeper cleaning…a lot of dust build up on light fixtures and greenery on higher surfaces. We didn’t use the upstairs at all, but we noticed that a little bit of paint touchup would go a long way to make it look really beautiful. Also the pool area needed some power washing, which we tried to do with the hose. We also washed a few windows and the TV in the living room because they were very smudged Would also get wheels on the green outdoor garbage container for wheeling it to/from the curb. We aren’t trying to be negative, just some helpful suggestions we would do if it was our home. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would like to return with our grown children next time. Thank you!!"

"This was our first time renting through a Home share website. We usually stay in hotels on our vacations. But for this trip we were taking my 80 year old mother away for her birthday and felt a home would better fit our needs. Boy am I glad that we made that decision. From the moment I booked; Kathryn was very responsive with any questions and welcoming us to her home. On day of arrival we were so surprised that there was a Happy Birthday balloon and bottle of wine waiting for my mom after only briefly mentioning once before booking that we would be traveling for her birthday. So thoughtful!! The home itself was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It had every comfort and amenity you could think of. From extra blankets, pots and pans, gas grill, bikes, beach chairs and towels, coolers you name it!! The back yard and lanai are beautiful with a sparkling salt water heated pool and hot tub. Which we used daily. The location and neighborhood are perfect. No more than 15 minutes away from Marco Island and Fifth Ave in either direction. We will definitely be renting again in the future and would recommend this home to anyone. Although selfishly I wish I could keep it a secret so it would be available for us lol. But it wouldn’t be fair to our wonderful host!!!! "
