“Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in when I checked in there was water on my floor. The pony wall between the bathroom and the room was filthy on top. The bathroom counter had black stuff all over it. The furniture was covered with random paint everywhere. The tops of the cabinet under the TV was burned. And peeling all over the place. The night stands too. When I complain to the front desk about how dirty the room was, they said they would have somebody come and clean it and instead of……

“The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. ”

“Great location perfect for what we need. Restaurants and shopping center close by. I would stay here again. ”

“This is the cutest house! The neighborhood was charming and felt very safe. The location was perfect for our stay and the activities we had planned. We arrived in Reno during a heavy snowstorm and the host was great about shoveling the driveway and making us comfortable. Would stay here again. ”

“The property listed a pool, but did not list that it was a seasonal pool. Unfortunately, we did not know that until we went to the pool and it was locked. The host was prompt with their replies.”
