“We asked for a beach view and had paid for it. When we checked in our room looked over the back of a neighboring restaurant. You had to lean over the balcony ro see the beach. Requested a different room and was charged additional $20 per day. Also had to pay $40 per day "resort fee" were not told about this when we prepaid for the trip. Not a big issue but adds up over 5 days.”
