“The cottage was great !! Exactly what we wanted for our vacation! Quiet and cozy. All communication with our wonderful hosts was very easy and they were quick to respond to any of our messages.We would definitely stay again if we get the chance!”

“We were very happy with Cozy for Two. It’s a charming carriage house with a private entrance. Clean, beautifully decorated. Excellent use of the space. Kitchen is well stocked & there’s plenty of towels, trash bags, hangers and other essentials. Diane & Bernie are delightful and responsive.”

“The pool is so nice and huge BUT it is not heated and it is freezing cold! We were unable to use it during a December stay. I also had to buy Kleenex and hand soap. Other than that, the property was exactly as described. Our family of 5 had plenty of linens and towels. It was really nice of them to provide laundry soap! We also loved that they had a broom and several vacuums to keep the house tidy. Owners had a bottle of wine and Oreos waiting for us upon arrival. ”

“Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!”

“Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health. We ended up buying new pans to cook with. There are no spices at all. The main floor toilet lid and seat broke right off on the……

“This is the cutest property and was perfect for the four of us. We loved the pool and hot tub so much we didn’t even venture to the gulf water - which is close by. You’re also going to love the screened in front porch.The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you might need for your stay.”
