"We were driving from Oregon and was looking forward to use of jacuzzi which was not working at the time, however we were able to go across the street to use neighboring hotel jacuzzi. Pillows not as comfortable, but after a long day of driving they made due. Friendly staff."

"New management were absolutely amazing at check-in to check out when their way to make sure we got Help getting things to a room. Let us check in an hour early since I had driven from California to Nevada it all the way to Utah. I would recommend getting upstairs room to not deal with any noise from the people above you walking around that location is on a busy street of Washington Boulevard provide coffee in the morning nice comfortable bed refrigerator or microwave."

"Beautiful hotel but our room was warm and we couldn’t get it to cool down enough for a comfortable sleep. We asked the front desk if they would have someone check it and they said if you set the thermostat below 67° the system will freeze up. We set it to 67° but the room never cooled."
