“The owner was awesome to work with. There were lots of touches to fit with the name Fairy Bowery. The artwork and decorations put the location in liminal space. The Air Conditioning was able to keep up with Nauvoo summer (in fact we had to scale it back to keep from freezing.) We were there for a family reunion, and all of the family that saw our location and accommodations was jealous. Next time we have a reunion in Nauvoo, we'll have to reserve it at least 6 months in advance to keep my……

“My husband & I stayed a few nights at the cabin for our anniversary. The place is beautiful & oh so comfy. There were a few bugs indoors, but with the cabin being so far out in the country it's pretty expected. Communication with our host was super easy & quick. I needed a question answered & messaged the her. She responded within minutes. I would definitely stay again.”

“Historic Nauvoo. What a neat little town. Everyone was extremely friendly. The property is good value for the money. If you park on the Main Street, it’s easy to find. The alleyway from the front is level concrete and well lit. We parked in back as we were instructed. It was a little confusing at first, until I reread the instructions. The concrete alleyway from the back is uneven and not as well lit. But the town is a safe one, so security is already felt. The stairs to the upper apts……

“This downtown apartment was exactly what our family of 6 needed for our 2 day stay. The apartment was steps away from the temple, gift shop, and food. We loved the historic charm of the place and the beds were comfortable. The only stress was a lag in getting in touch with the owner when we didn’t the key code right away. No problems after getting into the apartment! I would recommend this property”

“A great apartment right on main street in Nauvoo. It wasn’t a problem and I didn’t think to contact the host, but we couldn’t figure out how to get the heater to work in the living/kitchen area but we were fine with the heat in the bedrooms. All went well! Thanks for a great place to stay!”

“We loved staying in this house with character! My kids liked that the park was across the street so they could go play when we had a little down time. We spent most of our time in Nauvoo (which wasn’t ideal because the bridge was closed) but the restaurant down the street was delicious and fun. We liked how many bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us to use. The kitchen was big and well stocked with different sizes of bowls, pans, etc and which was nice because we tried to save some money by……
