“The downtown location was excellent and convenient for restaurants and other activities. The hosts were responsive and helpful when we contacted them. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. However, 2 days before our month long stay began, we were informed that a major sewer line upgrade project was taking place directly outside the apartment windows. While this was understandably outside the hosts' control, the project had apparently begun in January and our booking was for April 1-30....
