“The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and not overcrowded. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great value for the money.”

“The worst hotel experience of my life! The room was absolutely disgusting, very dirty, a horrible smell of pee, what looked like dried blood on the curtain and walls, mold in the bathroom and A/C unit. Staff did not seem to show any corncern when I came to complain. My family and another family staying in the room beside us both asked for refunds and to leave because of the state of the rooms and facility.”

“The outside of the hotel needs some maintenance. The hotel sign light is burnt out (giving a horror movie feel). The planters outside are empty and falling over. That being said, the room was clean and housekeeping did a very good job. We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was very quiet (other than a bit of noisy highway traffic) There is a very big bump turning into the property. Nice big parking stalls outside of the hotel though, so that was nice. Also the restaurant is closed and……

“Room was clean n comfortable abit dated but welcoming. .The gentleman who checked me in was very nice n friendly.outside areas need so updating n cleanup but l felt safe n comfortable .l am a lady who travels alone so feeling safe is a bonus .lots of shops n restaurants easy excess to main highway .Would stay here again .Nothing fancy had everything l needed including a good comfortable bed”

“this was a very nice place to stay,we chose it as the oil show was in Calgary and the hotels we normally stayed at were full or extra pricy. the town was wonderful and there were many small shops to visit. the hotel was great and was giving free cookies when we arrrived. the rooms were clean and quiet, the hotel was in a nice area to get food, and breakfast at the hotel was good. i had no complaints and i would come back here rather than Calgary for our next stay, the Bill Hill waterfalls near……
