“Good location, freindly and helfpful staff. Rooms spacious and clean. Wonderful breafast. The hallways could be a bit cleaner, needed vacuuming. Overall, great staff and I would stay there again.”

“This was an amazing place to stay! We were treated so well from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if……

“Was ok for the value. Vending machines charged my credit card for twice the amount that the item was. I do recognize this is separate from the hotel but it was pretty appalling to see my credit card charged for 18 dollars for a bottle of water and a package of potato chips”
