"This resort was better than expected. My husband my daughter and I stayed for 3 days and wish we would have booked even just one more. The whole resort is so beautiful and convenient. You can walk to the restaurants there which are amazing and the pools in each village is awesome. We really loved it & can’t wait to go back. Thinking of making it a spring break tradition. "Upon arrival to the hotel we were welcomed by a rat in the main lobby. Staff didn’t seem this was a big deal and kinda ignored it. Coffee shop was out of certain milk and lids for our hot coffee cups. The Bautista was incredibly apologetic and handled the situation with a great customer service skill. Having breakfast at the restaurant, felt like the waiting staff was not that much attentive, maybe working short staffed or just tired, almost halfway through the meal we needed to ask for water , and few small things that were missing or needed attention that unfortunately were not recognized by the wait staff. Otherwise the stay was fair. Nice property with a fun pool. Calm . "

"Best place for families to stay! We stayed at the villas on the green in what was more like a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Clean, huge comfy bed, giant jet tub, well stocked kitchen, large balcony, and TVs in the living room and bedroom. I wish they had more information via email or the website about the property and amenities before arrival. There are several pools, a water slide, fishing pond with free fishing equipment, golf and free golf club rentals, activities like s'mores around the fire pit and trivia, a rec room, and restaurants on site. Super clean, very friendly staff, parking included, and beautiful natural surroundings. It was about 40min in light traffic to Legoland and 30 to the Safari Zoo park. 15-20min drive to nearest grocery store. Cons: lack of information provided about the property and amenities and I found it near impossible to get a hold of the front desk/ concierge by phone and they take forever to respond to text requests. I had to call about a couple things before the trip and was on hold over 10 minutes 3 times I called and they didn't pick up any of the times we called from the room phone when they were there. They responded to the text messages through the number they provided about very simple things but not for more specific requests (we didn't have many). Though staff were super helpful and friendly when we did get a hold of them. I think they do timeshare presentations with incentives to attend but they weren't pushy at all about attending. "
