“I stayed 3nights at the Proper Hotel in Santa Monica. 2days , the house keeping didn’t clean the room. I was a little disappointed with it. ”

“The hotel was very clean, smelled great, and all the staff were very nice. However, the rooms on the first floor were different than what was shown in the pictures and was misleading. The room did not have a balcony and barely had a window. It was laughable how much this felt like an upscale jail cell. I went back to look at the size because it was tiny, it’s just over 100 sq ft. It made me feel claustrophobic and there wasn’t a ton of privacy with the bathroom area.”
