Broken fingernail on bathroom counter, hairs stuck to ceiling, gunk on table legs, gunk around bath mat, bathroom door would stick when being pulled open. Staff- very friendly but called the front desk 3 times at about 9 PM (due to broken AC) one night and no one would answered. Family friendliness- our room was not great for small kids. The stairs were very steep, the upstairs bed was pushed up against the wall overlooking the downstair, very dangerous for small children. The biggest downside was the broken AC for two night. Pros- grounds are nice and the breakfast was great. I would not stay here again and have no idea how it is rated as high as it is." The driver blew past two stops people waving at him. Stopped at one to explain he was full. Wifi is "free" only if you provide name, address, email, phone number for marketing.🤔 Floors are confusing. Example: 2110 is second floor, not 21st, & they don't state floor number or directions to elevator upon arrival. No USB charging ports in rooms. "Alcove" sliding doors can't be opened. Entrance door would not close or lock and could be pushed open without the use of the key card at any time. Inside, the manual dead bolt would not fully engage. The only way to lock the main entry door was the "swing lock" at the top of door. Room clocks are 70 minutes behind. We are provided this service with a smile and thank you's and so forth.
