“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything from reservations to check in and check out went smoothly. We really appreciated cleanliness of the unit. The location was great. It was an easy walk to downtown Louisville and we also enjoyed the walk across the Big Four pedestrian bridge into Indiana.”

“Stay as far away as possible from this place. The rooms were very nice except for the fact there were NO incidental (like soap, shampoo) in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. The biggest problem was the staff. My husband had booked 3 rooms and paid with credit card. Then they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", no charge, just a hold. All three rooms were charged for the entire room amount AFTER they had been paid. This staff had the audacity to tell us "they didn't make the……
