He was the first person I spoke to when we made our reservations at the spur of the moment and we were so upset about our home being destroyed and he took over and took care of us the entire stay which was very lengthy! "Just across the Ohio River, we were able to walk the nearby pedestrian bridge and enjoy the nice westher. Many food options within walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodations were well kept. An excellent value!"
