"Our experience at this property was horrible. The host gave us an incorrect code for one of the units that resulted in wasting over an hour at check in to finally get the correct code. Multiple safety issues that violate VRBOs policies - loose handrail, outlets hanging from walls, exposed wires. Both units smelled of weed (even with explicit check in instructions that no smoking of any kind is allowed at the property). According to the listing linens are provided - but there were only 2 complete...

"Did not receive check in information 24 hours before as stated I would. I messaged the day of with no response. I finally called her. She informed me that the front window was broken and boarded up. This information should have been shared with me prior to my arrival date as the window had been broken for weeks. The shower flooded the bathroom and leaked down to the kitchen below through a Crack in the ceiling. We arrived an hour after check in and the cleaning person was still there for another...
