"A/C fan has only very loud high speed, no medium or low. Hard to sleep. Only curtains were very sheer, also hard to sleep with the light from the pool area. Overall, very good room, and excellent staff and facility."

The staff at the restaurant was exceptionally rude and the front desk was "unable to help" and needed to wait for others to come in for basic asks. A sprinkler head cover fell off the ceiling and hit my father on the head. After we were told we would get a full refund - at least- we got charged for the full amount and no phone call with Management as promised. The room was terrible and the service was terrible. First Marriott stay that was horrible. Corporate needs to step in. "
