“The air conditioning was Okay. Beyond that it was the worst hotel experience in a long time. My fault that once again I booked a room at a hotel with no elevator. My wife could barely climb the stairs and no offer from staff to move us to a 1st floor room. The bathroom door would not shut. One of the towels the first day had some kind of stains on it.
