“Wonderful value for money”

“It is a lovely little villa in Split ! Very easy to walk everywhere from there . The staff sent many emails for information and guidance . The breakfast was delicious and the lady working at the breakfast was so nice ! It’s a lot of stairs for luggage so if you aren’t capable of carrying bags you need to arrange for help but it was a lovely stay !”

“Residence Stein is a gem in Split. First, it has an elevator which is unusual in an older building. The staff are helpful and warm, my room was spacious (room and bath) with good storage for luggage/stuff. I love having breakfast on-site as it is easier to start the day. It’s location is great for getting into the city center and all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again-”

“Perfectly situated on the outskirts of the old city and close to Nava boats where we picked up our catamaran charter and Thrifty where we dropped off our rental car.”

“Lovely room in a great location 5 mins walk from centre with good parking 400m away. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. There were no signs outside the property to help you identify it. After back to back messaging via the Expedia app, we managed to locate the apartment. The front desk is not even managed 24 hours, which is a minimum criteria to obtain a 4 star rating. There was no mini bar, no safe in the apartment. Very misleading to advertise as a 4 star property on Expedias website.”

“Amazing stay, great location, good amenities, and the host was very responsive and kind! The water heater was out and the host was able to fix it same day! Amazing service and GREAT spot to stay to discover split.”

“The location is on a busy alley way and really loud. Bed was okay and only a sheet for a cover. We were there to just sleep as we had a very early flight the next day and we got very little sleep with how loud it was. I wouldn’t want to stay there any longer.”
