First, the key cards didn't work. Secondly, when I purchased the room plus breakfast option on Expedia, the breakfast was not a free breakfast, nor was there a buffet or continental breakfast. It was a restaurant inside the hotel which gave only a few bucks off each breakfast order. Lastly, after getting home I noticed a $45 charge on my account which I was NEVER informed of at any time during my stay. I called and they said it's just a "hold" which will eventually refund back to my account, but it is still $45 that is unavailable to me for now at least and nobody bothered saying a word about it. Will NEVER stay there again.
