“Don't stay here unless you want to sleep with rodents!! My family traveled to Texas due to the loss of a family member. Typically I would have complained to the host right away. But under the circumstances we were greiving and just dealing with our loss and attending the service. When I returned home I sent the host pictures of the disgusting conditions we were staying in and requested a full refund. She declined our request and told me that she would have moved us to another home on the...
