“This was a nice room to be in for sleeping and showering but it lacked any space to sit and eat your food other than in the driveway. I also believed there to be laundry onsite but was told there was a laundromat nearby. I believe it would be best used as an addition to the whole house but by itself it felt like just a place to sleep.”

“This is probably the nicest place in which I have stayed in my thirty or so years of traveling to San Diego. And Rico was a superb host. But I didn’t have to ask him for much, as he provided an abundance of sundries and drinks. Highest recommendation.”

“Super clean. Well stocked kitchen. Great view, especially at night. Mostly very quiet except for occasional barking from neighborhood dogs. Very quiet and cool at night.”
