“Room was not cleaned and smelled funny”

“The property was verydirty outside. Furniture not fit for goodwill. Ready for a dumpster. Bathroom window did not Locke and had a gap of 1/2 inch still open. Had to try to put a hanger to block window fr sliding as a person could fit through it. Unfortunately discovered it late at night. Told morning manager. I should be given a refund . There is no hair dryer, coffee pot , plug in phone etc Their ad discribes a great place☹️”

“We stayed in 301 deluxe rm. I believed was downstairs. We had to carry everything up very steep stairs. She said she'd put us downstairs but there wasn't anything available. The code was on the dark low doorknob. My husband had to kneel with his light phone to do it. Above hall lights there were nests of bugs! No waste basket in the room. When the tiny basket in the bathroom was full, I had to get a trash bag from the nice lady at the bar. The worst was that the floor was so crooked it……

“Have stayed here multiple times, check in first class, always fast and friendly, rooms are very very clean and quiet. Breakfast is great. Will definitely stay again.”

“Very spacious (huge!) and modern cabin! New everything! Loved having a washer and dryer in the cabin but water level allowed in washer was pathetically low. The resort area is very quiet and well-maintained. I would definitely return.”

“The room was very comfy. Large Fridge was a great thing. Located in a convenient area, with plenty of parking. Only issue was, there was only 3 pillows on the bed. By the time we realized it, it was too late to request another. Due to that reason sleeping was uncomfortable. Also the fact that the pillows were very light & hollow was not a good thing.”

“One of our room still had Taco Bell I. It and the coffee maker still had the previous pod still in it”

“We thought the room would be more updated. Bed and pillows were not at all comfortable and very old. Staff was great. Place was clean. Not the best maintained.”

“I understand that hotels in the area are more expensive, but there are cheaper alternatives in the area that are just as good. Breakfast was the usual continental, nothing special. BF indicated the coffee tastes like instant. Would look somewhere else next time I stay in the area”
