“It was super bad experience. I originally booked at the wrong date, talked to frontdesk, they told me they can support the cancellation, but eventually they didn't. In order to make my commitment, I booked another trip at this hotel with higher price, but they still do not accept my request, and it is even 1 month ahead, giving them enough time to adapt. It was super bad experience. The room was super small, and the lunch was also bad, had a very bad thanks giving experience there. Will never……

“Tons of construction. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is really nice, but don’t try and call in that might take you a while.”

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“The facility is well staffed with friendly/helpful employees. Very comfortable in the one bedroom with a fireplace and washer/dryer. The hot tub with views of the red rocks was stunning. Second stay here and our only complaint was there use to be activities, a sham on, an ice cream social etc.”

“We stayed here just after the remodel finished and were pleasantly surprised. My friends stayed in double rooms and I rented a Casita. Everything was new and refreshed, clean and modern. The staff was SO nice and friendly, but they were very under staffed and doing their best to keep guests happy. I loved the pool, the lobby and restaurant. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Wonderful “Prickly Pear” resort. Beautiful casitas with fireplace and balcony. The grounds were amazing to walk along the Nature Trails in the mornings and although I do not play golf…the greens were worth photographing. The staff and the golf carts were amazing….food at 2 of their restaurants were excellent. Pool was clean and great view with the boulders and waterfall. Our stay was exceptional!”
