Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and the location was pretty central to anything we wanted to do. The only slight drawback was the nighttime traffic but it wasn’t too bad on the third floor. Will definitely be staying again! Thank you to the staff who really set the tone for our stay.

Room was clean, beds comfy, friendly staff and accommodating to our needs, handicapped parking. The buffet breakfast with even sausage, eggs, biscuit and gravy were much better than other places we have stayed. The lady who prepared it for the guests did a good job. Would stay there again.

This place we visit every year. We have been coming here for 15 years. The staff are Amazing!!! This place is my home away from home. Toni is the breakfast attendant and she really makes my morning every time im there. The staff were very knowledgeable and finding diffrent places to eat. The rooms are clean and pet friendly. This is very important for my fur baby. They even have fur baby picture list of all the regulars pets. Even a monkey stayed here. If you can I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Springfield Mo.
