We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Springfield with our dog and had a good experience overall. Checking in with a pet was easy and there were no issues getting a dog-friendly room. The room itself was quiet and the bed was comfortable, which made for a restful night. The only downside was that the only pet-friendly room available was on the second floor. There were luggage carts, but with no elevator we couldn’t use them, so we had to carry all our bags (and help the dog) up the stairs. It wasn’t a big deal for a short stay, but it’s worth noting. Otherwise, everything went smoothly. Clean enough, quiet, and pet-friendly with no hassle. We’d stay again.

Pet-friendly place to stay. Excellent staff. Room was clean, but had initially a bit of a smell (maybe do to being a pet room?), nothing terrible. Faucet on sink could stand to be fixed or replaced. Other than that it was a quiet, excellent stay.
