Train station is 10 minute walk. Town is 10 minute walk. Heathrow is 30 - 40 minute drive on a clear drive. Luton airport is 20 minutes drive or 20 minutes by train. Stanstead is 40 minute drive.

2 large bedrooms and one single room with additional sofa bed/chair. Bedroom 1 has a super king sized sleigh bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a cabin bed with a pull out sofa chair bed.
