“Booked through Expedia then received a blanket of additional charges upon checking in! Then upon reviewing my receipt via email I see that there is a change for $157.21. Called to have the charges explained and I was told it was the room charge. What…..??? I paid for this room when I booked. Oh, they said we will refund you. Gave me a big long winded reason because I booked through Expedia! Loved the hotel but definitely look at your bill to avoid OVER charging!”

“They give me room 331 , it was very noisy ! outside have 3 huge exhaust fan from the kichen . we don't sleep good . the swimming pool also noisy until very night .”
