Given the age of this hotel, it was in better shape than expected. Given the price felt like I got my moneys worth. The sheets were clean. The beds were not uncomfortable. It was literally just a place to spend the night and it had decent hot water.

Don’t compare this place to a hotel or resort in Vegas. It gets the job done! Gives you somewhere to sleep, shower, use the toilet. The area has a lot of food and fuel places to choose from

Pros: The cleaning crew did a good job, except shampoo, conditioner, soap was not replaced in shower 2 days in a row. Manager shipped forgotten clothes back to me after I left a day early due to family emergency. Cons: Room 111, stay for 5 days Only 3 electrical outlets available. No outlets near beds or bathroom sink. Wood molding around shower was rotten, pieces missing, painted over. Shower has obviously been leaking. Dresser was old, nicked amd scratched. Secondary lock on door was missing 1/2 the parts, so it didn’t work. Refrigerator never worked even after notifying manager. Breakfast (continental) is at a hotel next door with a very unfriendly attendant. Shower needs cleaning and re-caulking. I wore flips flops in shower. Homeless person walking through parking lot. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

The person who runs the place is a really great person I have dealt with them and stayed numerous times they have updated the rooms the showers are super nice clean rooms and definitely affordable prices

I guess it all depends what you're looking for: I would rate this as a decent two-star hotel for the following reasons: Parking right in front of your room, adequate size room with hard floors, Good location very affordable. I make my own breakfast so I can't speak about the free breakfast but I heard that it was included with the room. This is one of the older motels in St. George. The beds are a little firm for me. If you're looking to impress your wife or girlfriend, you might want to move up to a three star. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced motel and you're not too picky about beds, this place is a good choice.

NIce easy to get in and out

Decent location right off the highway. Single story park next to the room. TV small but OK, beds decent. We only stayed one night so quick in and out the next morning. I would stay there again.

Sands had a easy check in process. Staff was welcoming and pleasant. Rooms were clean. Great location. Breakfast included. Generious TV channel selection. Sands is affordable, friendly, and good for children with a pool right on property.

We got what we paid for. It was cheap and adequate for a one night stay. Comfortable bed and great A/C, stained towels. The totality of breakfast is coffee, two cereal choices, milk, two juices, white bread with jam, waffles maker with syrup.

I like the easy access, parking available, continental breakfast included, direct tv. Quiet and many restaurants near by. I did not like the remote for tv have to get very close to tv in order to work, did not like the shower very poor finish, have to go next door for breakfast.
