"There were only a couple of things that didn't meet up to our expectations - the a/c iin the room blew cold air right on our heads in the bed - very uncomfortable - but without the a/c (it was in the 90s) it would have been intolerable. Also the breakfast was probably the worst I've experienced at an IHG."

"The staff were kind and friendly, really made you feel welcome. The room was spacious. The room was clean as was the bathroom. I was disappointed in the towels - very thin and discolored. The pool was a nice addition. I used the gym and it was basic but did the trick for what I needed. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choices."

"I drive across state 2-4 times a year and I always stop at this hotel for an overnight stay ( a break from my brothers and a break for myself before home with my wonderful husband ( 40 yrs together) but the gentleman that works behind the counter, there’s two I see. But they are always so very polite so very understanding and make me feel safe there and out with any kind of situation or anything I need. I always feel welcome to here. They have a wonderful breakfast. It’s very clean in the lobby and everything the rooms are clean but as some places are some need to be a little updated but that doesn’t bother me. I highly recommend if you’re going through Saint James I need a place to crash. Try this place out and they have a very nice swimming pool in there and the ladies I have ran into our very nice there too. I stay there a few times a year."

"Cleaning wasn't great. Front staff, perfection. Mainly the Wi-Fi was terrible comically terrible and my issue wasn't resolved. Terrible maintenance. I found a patch cord in the truck and that didn't work. Rolly Mo this is the third Baymont this trip though it would be about the same things except wifi issues. Okc was cleaner but had ants."
