“We stayed in 324 & 325. Both rooms were nice but mini fridges need to be vacuumed behind routinely and the shower drain in 324 was clogged. Rooms were very comfortable though. Was told when we checked in that’s pools were 24/7 and bar was open until 11:00. We went to the bar @ 10:30 & they had shut up shop with everything locked & stood inside looking @ us like we were the crazy ones. Was a little disappointed in that. Would stay here again as we do enjoy the pools & the hot tubs.”

“The hotel and the stay were fine. My issue is with the communication regarding parking. I called in advance to inquire about parking. I was told I could park for $50 per night using the hotel valet, or I could park in the garage on Pine street for $40 in which they have in & out privileges. I parked in the garage and had to leave a few hours later to get dinner for my son. I had to pay on the way out of the garage and then had to get a new ticket when I returned. I used the call box at the……

“I reserved a room (and pre- paid) through expedia. When I arrived in town and called to see if my room was ready they had no record of my reservation. The girl on the phone didn’t know how to help and the manager wasn’t available to help as he had ‘stepped out for a few hours.’ At no time did she tell me that nearly the entire hotel was vacant so I thought I was in town with my kids without a place to stay. She said the manager told her to tell me to call some place she referred to as ‘choice’……

“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”
