“The staff was very nice. The room was very nice. We had an issue, our room wasn't ready at 430, they upgraded us, and I didn't have to ask.”

“one couch which was uncomfortable, one bench and 2 chairs at table none of which were comfortable to sit for any length of time. nice big refrig, but nothing to make ice with.(had to buy a bag, no ice on site). no directions on how to use coffee maker, dishwasher, washer or dryer or anything else in rooms. 4 night stay, came to "clean" 3rd day, but cleaning consisted of take 2 bags trash and leaving bathroom trash, taking dirty towels etc leaving new. & when we asked if we could get……

“Staff was friendly. But the rooms not maintained well. Our toilet overflowed twice and we had to keep a plunger on hand to just use the toilet. The room was not cleaned as we were gone for the day and we had to get our own towels on the 2nd day of our stay. The air conditioner was pulling from the wall area leaving a 1/2 inch gap. The staff upgraded us without charge for our honeymoon which was kind but room had maintenance issues. We should not have had to plug the toilet over and over in order……
