“Stayed here last week and our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo was very clean. Had a murphy bed for our teen daughter. Nice view of the lake and marina. Pools were really crowded as to be expected in 90-100 degree weather. The indoor water park is much needed. So many other things to do tho. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The rooms are very noisy. We could hear conversations in the next room and when they used their shower, we had to turn the TV up... It was that loud! Maintenance was done right outside our room at 8a, which was loud enough to wake us up. The room itself was clean but had a very squeaky fridge door and clanging bath exhaust fan, which they fixed after we complained. The beds are very soft, so if you need any back support, look elsewhere. It does have good recreational things for kids and……

“Overall our stay was excellent! The room was very clean, smelled nice and was comfortable. We stayed in the cedar lodge and our room had our own secluded balcony with 2 rocking chairs on it, overlooking a small pond with a fountain. My only complaints are that the bathroom is very dim, even with all of the lights on. And my main complaint is the check in process. The first woman was very kind and helpful for the initial check in, but then we had to go to the opposite side of the lobby to get……

“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“Obviously you are paying for the amenities (waterpark, pools, arcade, etc.), but I was disgusted with how dirty the hotel room floor was. Its hard wood flooring that should easily be mopped after each guest. If you walked barefoot, after a few minutes the bottom of your foot would be black. Check-In was a cluster, so many people checking in the process took forever. No shower hooks to hang your towel. Mini fridge was TINY. The waterpark was fun and lots to do, but again, the cleanliness was……

“Daryl is an older man that works there he is so very friendly!!! Can talk up a storm but I honestly didn’t mind it. My room was so clean and neat. NO BED BUGS which is something I always worry about. The only low ratings I give are for the very bad internet. Nothing wanted to load on the TV made me sad. The toilet flushing pressure was powerful and tbh loud. The shower had very poor water pressure I could barely rinse or wash my body. Other than that everything was great”
