Complete rehab. Great layout for privacy among guests, "party style' lower level with a pool table, golf studio to hit balls, or 2 golf holes for putting with seating for 15 people. The driveway can hold 6 cars. On 1/2 acre lot with lots of wildlife. Great golf course trails to hike or jog on with little traffic. 20-25 minute drive to downtown Busch Stadium, 12-15 minutes to Kirkwood's Magic House or Six Flags Great America. Garage is not part if the rental.

Family wedding stay
Stayed here with our family for a wedding in the area. Very nice and large space—nice neighborhood and easy to the highway to get to the wedding venue/Church. We had our two young granddaughters with us so it was a little bit of a challenge having 3 stories in the house—but the kitchen, living and dining area were very spacious and comfortable. I think our daughter would have been more comfortable with a door leading to the bathtub and shower area in the master bedroom. We had a lot of family getting ready at one time, and the downstairs bathroom was too dark for trying to do hair and makeup. I would have liked to have blinds or curtains in the upstairs rooms as well as a place to plug in the lamp and our phones closer to the bed. Just small inconveniences only. Very nice overall.

A wonderful Thanksgiving with family
We rented this house to spend our Thanksgiving with family. What a treat to all stay together. The house was a great size, the kitchen was clean and ready for all our holiday cooking. John went above and beyond for us making sure we had a crib and highchair for our 1 year old and quickly answering all our questions. Highly recommend!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood
Overall we had a nice stay in this house. It was in a nice neighborhood and had a lot of space for our family. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with condiments and spices. There were a few issues that John quickly addressed. The house had a few quirks like the lights flickered every time the water was turned on, the entire basement is painted black and one of the bedroom ceiling fans wasn’t working. It seemed like the house hadn’t been rented in awhile and could have used another cleaning before our arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this experience was great. The house had a bunch of rooms, tvs, anything you would need. Johnny was great to work with, made the process and instructions very easy. It’s a nice peaceful location and pleasant all around.

The property was in excellent condition. It is part of a gated community that made us feel safe. We got to see live deer walking the streets at all times of the day. The home was equipped with all of our needs. Communication was also excellent and any questions were responded to quickly. I can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time
The house was clean and perfect for 3 families because each family had a separate floor to sleep, take baths/showers, and get ready privately and quickly before heading out for our fun filled days. We enjoyed the deck for dinner in the evenings, having a campfire was wonderful for conversations and reconnecting with the kids. Host, Johnny West was very patient with me and answered all of my questions for my first time of being a Verbo user. The neighborhood was very safe and the kids enjoyed watching the deer. It was all perfect. We would stay there again the next time and highly recommend it. Jeff and Carolyn.

Home is unfinished and dirty.
The home is a good size but several things are either in construction or finished poorly. The dining chairs are broken so we were afraid to sit in some of them. Limited towels In the master and you had to get them from The linen closet across the room. No soap or Shampoo available. There was a car already parked in the drive which made our three cars a tight fit. It didn’t look like you could park on the street. Bathroom Doors in the master were missing and the master bath jets were missing so you couldn’t take a bath. Could be a nice size but not worth the high price we paid.

Great accommodations for a family of 10 and our fur baby
Our family of 10 enjoyed our 10 day stay in this St. Louis suburban home. The check in and check out was simple. Our host was very quick at answering a few questions we had. The home was very clean and had all we needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Staying in this home was a great choice for celebrating our Christmas all together.

Thanksgiving Stay
Our family is spread out all over the Midwest so this home was where we celebrated thanksgiving as one big family. The house was large enough to hold everyone & the kitchen was equipped with a lot of stuff. The couches upstairs and down definitely had stains on them and so we covered them up with blankets we brought. We were disappointed the dining room table was VERY wobbly and after dinner realized the legs were hanging on by a thread so we only used it once for safety purposes. The deck out back has a beautiful view but wiggles a lot so I’m not sure how structurally safe it is. Overall, we had a wonderful time with a few adjustments. Johnny was awesome at communicating and made the process easy. All of the wildlife you get to see in the evening was a big plus too!!

Great Stay
The home is only minutes away from the thriving westside suburbs of St. Louis, and just a half-hour from downtown, the Arch, and Busch Stadium. But, the setting is completely insulated from the outside world. Thick woods, winding roads, and very friendly deer, who will walk up to say hello. Our host, Johnny, was remarkable. Every question answered, always in contact, and a joy to work with. Stay here, talk to the deer, knock a few golf balls around the indoor putting green, play some pool, or flop on the many sofas to watch TV or movies on any of the big flat screen TVs! It's a GREAT house. Very spacious. Totally as advertised. Felt like home within minutes. We loved it.

Perfect
This house was amazing it met all of our needs. We had a small issue and contacted the owner and it was immediately fixed and problem resolved. I highly recommend renting this home. There are lots of deer in the neighborhood that will come into the front yard! The neighbors and lovely! We recommend staying here for a quiet relaxing stay with the closeness of the city and all The St. Louis attractions.
