“Wow! What an amazing property and host! The view is incredible. Just a short walk on the property to a wonderful, pretty much private beach. And the pool...what a great way to spend a lazy day lounging by the pool, jump in, repeat. There is a grocery store a couple miles up the road. Its not Walmart but very respectable selection. There are restaurants nearby. Don't miss Country Eats! You have to Whatsapp and order your meal the day b4 but it is wonderful. The home is clean with a well……

“The pictures truly do not do this place justice — and that’s saying something, because the photos are already great. From the moment we arrived, we were completely swept away by the space, the accommodations, and most of all, the view. It is absolutely breathtaking and somehow even better in person.The villa is spacious, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing, gathering together, and soaking in the scenery at any time of day. “We had a wonderful stay at your amazing villa. It had everything we needed and more - we loved using the air fryer ! And watching the sun go down from the kitchen as we cooked was a bonus. The pool was lovely and the views from the decking are stunning. We went snorkelling at the beach which is a very close walk to the house . “Villa Kai Bois is a beautiful villa up in the hills with a wonderful view of Marigot Bay. It is modern with loads of amenities. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms modern, kitchen well stocked with all cooking necessities. Exceptional cleanliness Will was responsive to our questions. Agathe and Lucan were helpful during our stay. We were a family of 7 and loved being able to cook with each other and to enjoy our private pool and everyone had lots of space to hang out. “The staff were welcoming. We had a wonderful time but the bed was extremely creepy and sofa was not very uncomfortable. The pool area was very nice and we loved hanging out by the pool. The air conditioning worked very well. When we needed something for the kitchen the staff were quick to get us what we needed. The location is is great. ”

“Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. ”
