"Savannah is a assist to the hotel. We came in before check in, she called us when our room was ready, they held our luggage and took care of parking, so we could explore Seattle. They are adjacent to the monorail, walkable to other attractions. The spa tub was very comfortable for 2 people. All of the staff were great. The hotel is historic, but not outdated. The amenities are very good. The valets are great too. We will return.
comfortable "
"Before choosing to book this hotel I read a few mix reviews about how the rooms are very small..but I’m flying solo so I decided to book it anyways.
Came in and was greeted with a smile by the lady behind the counter. She told me it’s self check in and I was able to check in early because there are rooms available. Score! (I wish I remember her name)
I can see why people think the room is small..it isn’t your typical hotel room size . It kind of reminds me of a cruise room..Virgin Voyages cruise to be exact. Love the red! Love how clean the room was too!!!
I loveeeeeee the view overlooking the ferry. Seriously that’s what sold me on the room..the view!!! Everything in the room is controlled through the iPad.
On my first night here I went to the bar and had a great time. Kathleen was my bartender and she was so awesome! She made a great chocolate martini and an espresso martini. I was kinda a mess by the end of the night. I forgot before heading to the hotel bar I was at another bar drinking. Whoops..I was on vacation mode. Kathleen was a great bartender! Thanks for making my stay amazing!!!
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone..yes the rooms are small but you are not in your room a majority of the time when you’re traveling. Plus it’s so clean!!! The hotel is clean..the room is clean..the bar is great!!!
Every single employee I encountered during my trip was friendly. The location is great too..I was traveling solo and I felt safe!!!"
"No contact check-in, but there was some in the lobby to assist. Needed room key to operate elevator, which is a nice touch. Room was well appointed with multiple plugs and USB ports. Desk, chair, safe, microwave, fridge. Coffee maker but only decaffeinated available. Attached restaurant / bar with very good food. "
"Right off the bat upon my arrival the staff was really friendly. The rooms were also clean and didn't notice anything unusual. Great place to stay in"
