"The overall experience was not good Heating took ages to reach a reasonable level All the seats were really hard The single bed was not proper size The gas cooking was hit and miss some nobs missing The main mattress was like a trampoline The windows let in drafts Access was terrible no path to caravan Water only ever reached tepid Shower was hot then cold not a good experience Do not recommend this unless you are a hardy person Not worth the money for "

"The room was disgusting, blood stains on mattress, hole in the wall underneath the window, the only good thing about the room was the view. Also polystyrene tiles on the ceiling which is a fire hazard, I phoned the hotel up today and he told me that is the 2nd best room they have so god knows what the other rooms are like, stay clear of this place."

"If you don’t mind no heating, hot water, power, lighting and to top it off rotting chicken this is the place for you. If you do don’t bother booking this caravan as the owner/site won’t help you. Now for Expedia 3 phone calls to who know where but they don’t know what caravan is and constantly put me on hold to try and contact the hotel. 2 hours later you might get most of your money back "

"From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! "

"Apartment is extremely comfortable, well equipped and very clean with wonderful views over Morecombe Bay.Easy access from the motorway a d close to (walkable) Lancaster and its amenities. Would use it again."

"Absolutely fabulous room with spectacular views of the sea.A very warm welcoming from Kyle who could of been any more pleasant or helpfull.The room recently refurbished was immaculate Lovely large comftable bed with large tv screen and a wonderful bathroom.No bar or restaurant or breakfasts but many eating places close by .Highly reccomended"
