A unique space centrally located from downtown and St. Petersburg beaches. This 2 bedroom apartment has everything you want or need for a perfect getaway, or company housing. Hop on the Central Trolley to explore St. Petersburg or take a bike ride on the Pinellas Trail located a couple blocks away. The unit is pet and kid friendly and has a washer and dryer on site. Perfect price point
For 2 couples to stay in this area and not spend a fortune on two different hotel rooms… but also having privacy staying together, this was the perfect option. Cute, spacious and conveniently located!

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Prepare to buy all groceries since there’s only salt/pepper…literally. We had problems with the wifi and the owner was very responsive. I would stay there again, although I wish there would have been an outdoor patio considering it’s not at the beach.

Very Clean 2 Bedroom Apartment
The property was immaculate, which is a must for me. I like the leather reclining couches, and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. The apartment is right off Central Ave, which can be busy traffic-wise. Since this was a workcation, it was challenging when I was on calls. Aside from that, I would definitely stay here again.
