The Gulfport Sand Dollar is a cozy bungalow, conveniently close to all of the amenities of a great getaway. Lovingly maintained and cared for with lush, mature landscaping, spacious and inviting interior spaces and fully fenced generous outdoor spaces.

Parking on-site for 1 vehicle, or two small/compact vehicles. The entrance courtyard adds extra privacy and safety.

The safe and well lit entrance of the property is accessed from the Alley between Avenues.

Please note, the summers in FL do get very warm and bring mosquitos ... Rest assured that the Owners and Hosts are experienced professionals and will do their best to alleviate all issues as soon as possible.

Our short stay was great! The home was the perfect size for two people! I had a couple questions and the owner was awesome at answering my questions fast and accurately! Loved the privacy with the fences in the front and back yard. Overall a great experience!

Great location
Quaint little house located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks away from bay-side restaurants, shops, art culture, bars, and a fishing pier. Everything else you came here to see is also only a few minutes away.The house is an older one bedroom flat, which has been tastefully restored.The home is surrounded by mature trees and is gated on two sides for your pets to roam free and for you to enjoy nature on the deck of an outdoor sitting area. If clean, quiet, pet friendly, and close to everything is your thing, this is the place for you. Great value for what you get.

The bungelow is close to Gulport, though it would be a long walk. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The patio area was great..nicely shaded! We would definately stay again.

Lovely Town & House!
We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfectly in the middle of downtown St. Pete and the beach! The only downside was the WiFi did not work, which we managed since we were rarely there. Other than that, it was a great stay!
