An open floor plan and beautiful furnishings will greet you the moment you walk into our house.
It has over 1700 square feet and features three bedrooms (2 of them with en-suite), three full baths, spacious fully equipped kitchen with seating area ,dining area and huge living room. Plus laundry room , storage room and magnificent outdoor area with your own palms around heated salt water swimming pool and spa. (Spa heated upon request for additional fee).
Enjoy outdoor sun beds ,seating areas, grill and shower all around your private, heated pool. You will love this spacious , completely remodeled home. All of it just a short walk to beach. Just 5 minutes away! All linens and towels are provided, as well as everything needed to enjoy the beach. Find beach towels, pool towels and cooler inside, and beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon as well as 2 bikes in the storage room.

Enjoy the house and the beautiful beaches! You won't want to leave, but if you do there are many amazing restaurants and shops to enjoy nearby as well as some popular attractions like; Dali Museum, theaters, music venues, Florida Orchestra and some historical locations.
The Clearwater Aquarium, Indian Shores Wild Bird Sanctuary Dolphin watch and Smugglers Reef Mini Golf are great for the kids of all ages.
Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are only 1.5 hours away. Bush Gardens and Adventure Island 45min away. Weeki Wachee Spring 1.5 h drive.

Wonderful
This was a great place for us to vacation! Being close to the beach was great especially since it is a very quiet beach. Having the pool was an extra bonus that we really enjoyed and the little one that was with us was in it a lot!! The ambiance around the pool area was fabulous!! This VRBO did not disappoint!

The house itself was immaculate and had so many nice amenities. Nice bedding, bath towels and beach towels. The pool was wonderful and always clean and relaxing. Palm trees offered shade for morning coffee and reading. Location for us was great. One day we were the only ones at the beach. The beach was about two blocks away and so easy with the beach wagon. The beach chairs and umbrella were high quality and comfortable. I can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful, Well Designed/Equipped/ & Fantastic Pool
House is absolutely beautiful. Tastefully decorated. Well stocked pool and beach items. Very friendly, helpful, attentive host. Walk to the beach is longsr distance than anticipated. We ended up driving to the beach and unloading there. We loved the pool so much that we spent more time there! Hot tub requires contacting the host for each time you want to use it to turn it on (heat) and must pay extra. Jets on hot tub are too strong or are not properly located as you will get ENTIRELY wet just sitting in the hot tub - no keeping your hair dry. This may just be our personal preference. Highly recommend this host and property. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Girls Trip Rental House!
We had such a great time staying here. It is truly a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the house is totally equipped for everything we needed at the beach! The pool was fantastic. The house was very equipped and really had everything we could want. 5 adults stayed very comfortably and the host had thought of everything! We would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay here last week. The pool was very clean as well as the home! The only complaint anyone had was the beds. They are veryyy hard. Other than that we had an amazing time!

Loved it!
The owner of the property is great at communication and very friendly. There were helpful notes throughout the house so you did not have to guess about things. You can tell she really wants you to feel at home and enjoy your stay. Extremely clean and well stocked. Provides beach towels, detergent and necessities which is really nice and appreciated. Quick walk to the beach and hardly anyone at the beach. No annoying chair rentals in the way. We saw dolphins and even a manatee. One of the best beaches we have experienced and we are have stayed at many different ones in Florida. The pool was the perfect size for our family of 5. We spent a lot of time in the back yard and already miss the hammock. Also really appreciated the hassle free no fuss check out.

Spotless house! Margaret is wonderful to work with! Restaurants are within walking distance or trolley goes all the way to Clearwater Beach, $ 2.50! Beach is about 10 minute walk ! The backyard pool is amazing, there are rafts & beach toys! Rafts were even blown up already!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The home is spotless inside and out, incredibly stocked, and just a peaceful atmosphere. Our kids lived in the pool and made all of their mermaid dreams come to life. So many memories were made. The beach was a short walk and beautiful. Crossing the main road was no big deal because there is a crosswalk near by. The host was attentive, personable and answered questions very quickly. We look forward to coming again!!

Had a great time staying here. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool area is amazing, especially at night! Spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool. The beach is a short walk away and was never crowded. Great area away at from hotels.

Perfect getaway
This nicely updated home had plenty of room for our family of four. The 5 minute walk to the beach was made easy with all of the provided beach gear and the beach itself was much less crowded than Clearwater, Madeira or St. Pete’s. We also spent many hours enjoying the private pool and the cozy back patio.

Relaxing at Redington
Great place to stay, clean, well organized place with a great pool. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, but do have to cross 5 lanes on traffic, but easy drive and drop off at the public access that is at the end of the street. Truly enjoyed our stay. Different pricing structure for warming hot tub than almost every Vrbo we have stayed at, so be aware of that. Definitely Highly recommend and will be back again.

Redington Beach House
This was an amazing house to rent for the week we stayed. Everything was as good as the pictures and better. Located in a quiet neighborhood a short walk to the beach which was pretty much empty. Anything and everything you could possibly need in a vacation rental house was provided. Appliances were in excellent condition, beds very comfortable and the pool area was amazing. Our host was awesome to work with and promptly responded to us as necessary. We would rent this property again without any concerns. Ron D.

Beach lovers paradise!
We had a wonderful experience for our long term stay. This house did not disappoint. It was spacious and perfectly laid out with bright and airy WFH space, a well equipped kitchen and a completely private backyard with pool that felt like a private oasis. Perfect neighborhood for walking, running or biking and a super short walk to a quiet and beautiful beach. Easily accessible to Tampa, Clearwater and St Pete and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The host was terrific and responded to any questions within a short timeframe. I highly recommend this house.

Best vacation rental period
My family of four stayed at Margaret’s lovely house for over a week. No one wants to leave! Everything about the house is just perfect: it’s extremely clean and tastefully decorated; it’s close to the beach, grocery stores, our favorite coffee shop and restaurants, and pickle ball courts. While the house itself feels like home, the pool and backyard feels like paradise. We booked for next year before we left!

This place has it all !
This place has it all , minus great towels ! The owner is amazing ! She is very accommodating and communicated quickly ! The pool was warm! The patio and grill was perfect ! We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen has everything you need! The location to a beautiful beach is a quick walk ! There was some construction noise but nothing that bothered us ! We will be back ! Thank you so much for a fabulous trip !!

Rented the Property to attend a wedding and To relax for some family fun. Pool was beautiful… property was clean , organized and well set up. Everything you could possibly need to entertain, cook and live like it was your own home away from home. Appliances were all new and worked flawlessly. The bathrooms were all completely remodeled and really had the best of everything…Grille and patio area was perfect Host was attentive an responsive. There was a lot of construction on houses in the area going on,but that was to be expected the area had just gotten through some storms. …can’t say enough about the rental … There were signs everywhere and some rules applied but for a property to be this organized I accepted it as necessary evil… I look forward to renting this property again
