  • Quietly situated on the undisturbed and pristine beaches of St. Simons Island, North Breakers is a favorite vacation destination for families year after year.

    Along with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, security gate, and covered parking, North Breakers features direct access via boardwalk to the heart of St. Simons' broad sand beaches.

    North Breakers 402 features 2 bedrooms and two full baths in addition to a private partial ocean view balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and combined living and dining area.

    Small pets under 35 pounds are accepted for a $150 non-refundable charge.

    To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

    Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Perfect getaway

Beautiful views and beach was not crowded at all until the holiday weekend. We did some exploring with the dog and went to Jekyll island. We really loved this place!!

Pretty good place

We had a really great trip. Perfect location for our family. The condo definitely needed a deep clean. The bathroom in the main bedroom needed the most attention. The shower didn’t drain so we were always standing in about 6 of water, a little rusty in spots but that’s just an older place. The kitchen was well stocked and overall we had a good stay.

Last minute fishing trip

Our last minute get away with our sons 19 and 12 was a huge success. Although a low key island, it was great for us. The condo was clean an updated. Everyone we met was friendly and accommodating. We couldn't figure our how to work the remote and someone was quick to help us. The guy at the bait shop told us where to catch the best fish and when. My sons caught a shark and sting ray and they were thrilled. Best of all, it was dog friendly.

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed in this same unit. It has been perfect for our family of 4. The condo has a view of the ocean from the balcony, but I'm not sure I would call it an "ocean view". Nevertheless, it is on the opposite side of the building from the pool or any other condo buildings, which makes it quiet most of the time. The balcony has direct sun in the morning, so it can be a little bright in the master bedroom, but the evenings are very nice on the balcony in the shade. The complex is not "on" the beach, but it is beachfront. There are no buildings between the complex and the beach. It has a direct, fairly short path through the dunes, and as of this year, most of the walk is on a brand new boardwalk! The beach here also seems quieter than the more crowded beaches farther south.The unit itself is always clean when we arrive, and we have taken our small dog with us each time with no issues. We have no complaints about the way the unit is maintained.The pool and hot tub in the condo complex are always well kept and working. The pool area leads to the beach path, with a rinse station in between. Parking is always easy and there was active security on premises this year.You'll enjoy your stay here!

Another wonderful visit to St. Simons! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the North Breakers. It’s a beautiful property — quiet, convenient and with lots of nice details. Beach access was a little tricky, due to construction of the new boardwalk, but we managed. Looking forward to getting back again soon.

Loved the close access to the beach. Had a small issue with the garbage disposal and maintenance was there to fix it in less than an hour. Everything we needed was in the condo. Highly recommended.

Great place and location

Very nice condo, roomy and nicely furnished. Pet friendly! Property was well keep and on East Beach in quiet area. Everything was within 5-8 minute car ride and about 25 min walk to Village Pier. Easy beach access. St Simon was so relaxing and locals very friendly, definitely will come back and stay at North Breakers!

Best, relaxing beach vacation EVER

The property was Phenomenal! Outside of the tasteful beach decor, you’d never know we were a short walk to the boardwalk to get to the beach! The shells found on the beach were the best & most plentiful we had ever found, the restaurants were amazing, and the waves were Perfect for boogie boarding during high tide! We would 110% stay at this property again and absolutely St. Simons Island was well worth the drive from Ohio :)

The condo looked just as advertised. The view was wonderful and the patio was amazingly comfortable. The bedrooms were good. The beds in the second bedroom were not comfortable. The pillows needed to be replaced - they were very uncomfortable. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was just fine.

Our condo was very nice and well equipped. The complex and grounds were nicely maintained and beautifully landscaped. It is a smaller community so it was quiet and peaceful.
