"The cabin was very clean. The black-out shades could have been better. We were not used to trying to sleep in the daylight. The stove did not work properly. I did not know this (have never used an induction) stove top did not work until we went to our next place and my oatmeal cooked in 30 seconds. This one just kinda simmered.Only real complaint."

"This Cottage had wonderful views and was within 15 minutes of Höfn for dining and groceries. It had a decent kitchenette with everything needed for making meals. The beds were comfortable for us. We found most beds in Iceland comfortable. However, we are a family of 4 and it felt kind of cramped at times. When the pullout sofa was setup for sleeping there wasn't really room to access the whole dining table. What was off putting for us was the initial communication from the Myllulækur cottage...
