Nice and clean. Good location. The lady in the front desk was SUPER kind and helpful! Our car was broken that morning. She helped me call the rental company and road service very patiently and comforted me all the time. It was not enough just to say “Thank you”.

As mentioned by others, this hotel is dated and our room had an odour. However, the room was very clean. Although the hotel does state this, there is NO elevator for this hotel. Fortunately, the front desk clerk brought both of our bags up to our third floor room for us. We had a comfortable sleep but in the future I’d look for a different place to stay before booking at this hotel again. I probably would not return unless this was my only option. We much preferred the Milk Factory hotel that was nearby.

We arrived after midnight and were greeted with a kind welcome. We needed a cot set up in our second room: all was ready for us. We wish we could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy it he beautiful dining area. Maybe next visit!

Mom with 2 kids under 15 years of age. Walking distance, breakfast was AMAZING!! Best breakfast at a hotel we’ve ever had. And the cutest little kitty cats that ran up to us and jumped in my car…twice. So cute and loving! Beautiful location.

Unfortunately I cannot give this hotel a better rating. Bed sheets were torn, the property is outdated. The restaurant was below par: while I am not fussy this was unacceptable. I ordered the fish, which came with deep frozen vegetables. The area is very nice though with access to a coastal trail and only a few minutes to the main area with additional restaurants

The hotel provided a standard stay for a three-star establishment. The lighting was somewhat rundown, with flickering that gave it an eerie, horror movie-like atmosphere. On a positive note, the water pressure in the room was excellent, with consistently hot water, and the room featured a nice table setup. I particularly enjoyed the side windows, which offered lovely views of the sunrise and sunset. However, be prepared for the suburban surroundings, as there are no late-night food options other than the hotel's offerings. Overall, it's a suitable choice for a stopover.

We used this property as it was just off the Highway 1 route heading east. The hotel was well maintained and looked very neat. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great with nice staff refilling and cleaning tables efficiently. The rooms are compact but with a great shower and the WiFi worked really well. One small criticism is the walls between rooms are super thin so we got to hear the next rooms travel plans in great detail and then the snoring! Otherwise a great place to overnight on route.
