They kindly upgraded our room and the service from front desk to spa and breakfast is all to a very high standard. Polite, warm and efficient even at busy hours. "Absolutely superb in every way; about 4th time we have stayed in 6-7 years, though several upgrades/refurbished areas apparent this visit. Lovely in every way and service excellent. The breakfast display and variety is even better, and the room/bed SO comfortable. The ONLY disappointment is now having to pay £10/night to park on site, especially when occupancy was not full and IHG Holiday Inn at Peartree roundabout charge £6 which location is more understandable to deter city visitors from leaving cars there to catch a bus into the centre (which Voco Thames overnight guests may choose to do but not casual 'scroungers' I would have hoped)"
