"Very nice hotel. Well kept. All hotel staff were great, always had a smile, very helpful. The family room we stayed in was very spacious and very clean with mordon decor. Big screen tv. Great wifi condition. Bathroom with a big walking in shower and a jacuzzi. Very good selection of breakfast was available. Vegetarian sausages available on request. Short drive to legoland. We would definitely visit this hotel again. "

"Very clean room and lovely big bed. Didn’t find WiFi password? Found the sports bar good but when sitting nearby couldn’t hear what was being said. Perhaps they need a proper quiet corner for family & friends to meet and chat. Would stay again and staff were lovely on reception. Found breakfast layout slightly trickier and didn’t flow for us. Saying all that would stay again. Had a lovely room with balcony and view of the river"

"Nice hotel but the room was a little tired with signs of wear and damage. The heating wasn't working and I had to advise reception who left a portable heater in the room. It's surprising how often this happens in other hotels, not just here, and suggests a lack of maintenance."

"Hotel is reasonable, staff are good and rooms are a standard size, beds are very comfy, not the best area but ideal if you want to get the train (10 min walk)"

"The property is lovely, scenic in beautiful surroundings. We stayed in a comfy double room for 1 night which was fine and we appreciated the amenities in the room (iron/ironing board, bottled water etc). It was generally clean, with some minor points. The soundproofing isnt great as you could hear people in the corridor and the neighbouring room but thankfully it was a peaceful night. The staff were friendly and overall it is a nice Hotel and I would stay again. We were dissappinted that breakfast was unavailable in the morning as it was fully booked. We did ask the day before and were told there was no need to book and to just go to the restaurant in the morning. We understand it was Mothers Day that morning but we should have been told to book a table for breakfast. The fact that we were hotel guests didnt mean anything. "
