"This house was just what we were looking for. We have several kids, grandkids and greatgrandkids in Midland. We were able to have our Thanksgiving dinner there on Sunday the 1st. We had enough room to have 2 tables of card players while the younger kids played in the back yard. We were happy with the backyard as we also brought a dog. The kitchen was a little small but we worked it out. The king bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. All in all this was a perfect weekend. We didn't have anyone...

"My family was booked to stay at this VRBO for 4 nights during Thanksgiving. When we arrived, the home was clearly not ready for new guests and was filthy. The refrigerator, dining room table, bedroom ceiling fans, kitchen cabinets and floors were disgusting. There was no gas, which means no heater or hot water. It was so unacceptable that we couldn't even stay there for one night!!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!"
