“Arrival at Eastwood, I met with a message that there were no rooms and that Expedia was informed via the Expedia tools and still, rooms were made available in the Expedia app. I was the 4th client duped by Expedia to go for a room. Only 100+ miles driven to get to the closed door!”

“I booked a small poolside room with 2 double beds. The temperature control was unreliable at best and there was next to zero sound-proofing to combat the noise from the pool that was open until 11pm. I'm unsure when the floor around the pool was painted, but it was very slippery and there were paint chips everywhere! The food options were limited and underwhelming for the price. I won't be staying again.”

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy...
