"The listing did not make it clear this is a second floor unit. My husband is 90 and I am 71. It was a hardship for us. I feel cheated and mislead about this unit. My husband fell and I spent Saturday morning in the ER with him. I almost fell down the stairs myself. I cannot overstate how upset I am about this unit. "I did NOT stay at this Mid-Town loft because a last-minute water problem caused by the city. Instead, I agreed to stay at 10 North Hallett Street which the host had available. He was very helpful in letting me check-in early at 11am. However, I’m a 75-year-old retired female and the Hallett Street property DID NOT feel safe.
