⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointed I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you expect basic things like hot water and a clean room. During my stay, the shower had absolutely no hot water, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. On top of that, the room did not feel clean. It honestly seemed like they just did the bare minimum to turn the room over rather than actually cleaning it properly. Because of these issues, I ended up having to check out early. Before leaving, I contacted the front desk and explained the situation. I was told they would keep in contact and make sure the manager, Jessica, was informed so she could call me. I never received a call. Almost a week later, I called back myself to follow up, only to be told by Jessica that she had never been advised of the situation and that there was nothing she could do because I booked through a third party. I contacted the third party myself, and they were actually very helpful and willing to assist. Unfortunately, the hotel manager did not provide any help or take responsibility for addressing the issue. Things can go wrong during a hotel stay, but what matters is how management handles those problems. In this case, I felt completely dismissed and disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

This was one of the most disgusting properties I have ever stayed in. Let’s just say I came home immediate and washed every thing that was ever in that room including actual pillows. The carpets were torn and disgusting, the bed was covered in dirty linens, the bathtub and shower was disgusting and we had to wear socks at all times. We could not use the fold out sofa because of the condition of the mattress. This place should not be open.
