“Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at this hotel. In the middle of the night, while we were asleep, someone unlocked and attempted to open our room door. Fortunately, the security latch stopped the door from opening completely, although the force partially ripped the door trim from the wall. The room had only the standard door lock and the security latch. After this incident, I had to wedge a chair under the door handle to keep the door secure for the rest of the night. Needless……

“From check in to check out being at Cleftstone felt like staying at mom’s house. I loved the afternoon tea and the delicious breakfasts. We also really enjoyed listening the Sara Jones sing at the Sand Bar. The rooms are beautiful and the staff were amazing. Thank you for making our first time at Bar Harbor even better.”

“It's a simple room that has a fridge and microwave. It was clean and well maintained. We needed a place to sleep while we explored the area for a week, if you are looking for luxury then look somewhere else but if you are looking for a simple place that is clean, people are nice, and has a comfortable bed then i would recommend this place!”

“1第二次来住宿了，客房舒适、安静、卫生。 2.再一次赞酒店早上的咖啡，跟家里的一样香浓醇正，绝对是良心品质，希望一定要保持，上一次被经验，这一次依然如此；早餐的PIE非常好吃，肉肠的味道也十分丰富，搭配的蓝莓和草莓很新鲜、甘甜，这里盛产蓝莓，果然名不虚传。 3.交通便利，距离Acadia National Park门口开车约15分钟。镇上步行可以去很多餐厅，镇上的餐厅太惊艳了，海港城市一般海鲜都新鲜、甜美，因为在冬季光临，海鲜更是美味。这里去每一家餐厅都很进，还可以步行到海边。 4.酒店的工作人员非常Nice，我们Check In 的时候，前台准备了特别好吃的花生酱小饼和另外一种彩色的点心。大约是因为复活节的缘故，有复活节的特色。很温馨。 5.酒店地下有免费停车场，可以直达大堂和客房。 ”

“The room was very clean parking was good the jets in the tub were very weak didn’t really see the staff but the girl I spoke to over the phone was very nice and helpful the tv was very hard to get stations watched them the first night couldn’t get them to work the next night ac was very cold the worst part was the breakfast it was terrible I’m talking about the food raw bacon and bad selection couldn’t even get just eggs and bacon they served it as a omelette the meat was awful me and my wife……
